CareReady was created by Jennifer, a Certified Nursing Assistant with over 10 years of experience caring for elderly patients in home health settings in Tucson, AZ.

After years of watching families struggle to navigate the caregiving system — not because they didn't care, but because no one gave them the right tools — Jennifer decided to change that. CareReady is her answer: clear, practical, expert-written resources that give caregivers the confidence to act.

Jennifer holds CNA certification, QMAP (medication technician) certification, CPR/BLS/AED certification, and a college degree from American Public University. She is a member of two International Honor Societies.
